Who We Are
Everything began with a simple dream: to give horses the life they deserve.
Marta – Founder
Originally from Spain, Marta left everything behind in 2022 to build a new life in Morocco, believing it was the perfect place to create a project where horses and other animals would always come first
After founding Essaouira Dreamers and building a community of horse lovers from around the world, she turned that vision into reality by creating Essaouira Horse Paradise, a project dedicated to ethical horseback experiences, animal welfare, and meaningful connections.
Today, Marta oversees every aspect of the project, from welcoming guests and managing the ranch to creating unforgettable horseback experiences and riding holidays around the world. You’ll often find her at the stables caring for the dogs and cats, riding her beloved horse Capo, or personally hosting riding holidays, where she shares not only the beauty of Morocco but also her commitment to helping stray animals.
Her vision has always remained the same: to create authentic experiences where horses come first and every animal is treated with the love, care, and respect they deserve.
Reda – Partner
Born and raised in Morocco, Reda has spent his life surrounded by horses. His deep understanding of their behaviour, his connection with the local landscape, and his calm, patient approach have become an essential part of Essaouira Horse Paradise.
As Marta’s partner in the project, he plays a key role in the daily life of the ranch. You’ll often find him leading horseback rides, caring for the horses, maintaining the stables, and making sure both animals and guests feel safe and at home.
Reda is also responsible for finding and selecting the horses that join our family. Thanks to his lifelong experience and instinctive understanding of horses, he carefully assesses each one to ensure they have the calm, kind temperament that reflects the values of Essaouira Horse Paradise.
Our Team
Today, Essaouira Horse Paradise is supported by a passionate team of around six people. For both Marta and Reda, it is important that everyone feels like part of a family. Over the years, many guides and grooms have been part of our journey, each leaving their mark and helping the project grow.
Together, our multicultural team shares the same values: respect for animals, love for nature, and the desire to create unforgettable experiences.
Where We Are?
Morocco
Sidi Kaouki is a unique spot on the Atlantic coast of Morocco, known for its long wild beaches and peaceful atmosphere.
It is also a popular surfing destination thanks to its consistent waves and Atlantic winds. But above all, it stands out for its wide open spaces, perfect for horseback riding in nature. A place where the sea, wind, and desert meet in perfect harmony.

Our Journey
-| 2021 |–> Marta discovered horseback riding in Morocco, an experience that completely changed her life and sparked the dream that would one day become Essaouira Horse Paradise.
-| 2022 |–> She created the Essaouira Horse Paradise social media pages to share her adventures with horses in Morocco. Later that year, she founded Essaouira Dreamers, the travel agency that would eventually become the foundation of Essaouira Horse Paradise.
-| Late 2023 |–> Marta met Reda, whose lifelong experience with horses and shared passion for animal welfare made the dream of creating a ranch finally feel possible.
-| January 2024 |–> Ithaca and Maktub became the first members of the family, marking the true beginning of the adventure.
-| April 2024 |–> The first stable opened in Diabat, welcoming its first guests and turning a lifelong dream into reality.
-| July 2024 |–> Capo joined the family. His extraordinary bond with Marta became one of the greatest inspirations behind the philosophy of Essaouira Horse Paradise.
-| Summer 2025 |–> The ranch moved to Sidi Kaouki, surrounded by nature and far from busy stables. Here, the horses, dogs, and cats finally found the peaceful home they deserved, with open spaces and a paddock where the horses could live more freely.
-| Today |–> The journey continues. Every new horse, every rescued animal, and every guest who visits becomes part of the story of Essaouira Horse Paradise.
